Wade was referred to me by a Realtor in Arizona because my father passed in Southern California and I didn’t have a network of professionals to rely on in California. TRULY could not be happier with Wade’s performance. He knew actually how to effectively market our 1950ish property which suffered for many years of neglect as my father aged. He was able to have multiple buyers generate a competitive environment with one another and get us top dollar for the property, closed it in 3 weeks and managed everything so well I didn’t even need to come to California to oversee anything.Wade is truly amazing and I’m so thankful for the referral.

I met Wade through mutual membership at the local gym at a time when I was not seeking the services of a realtor. That new acquaintance soon led us to the realization that we were also regular attendees of the same local church. About a year later my wife and I decided to take the plunge into our first investment in residential rental property. We gave Wade a complete list of our parameters, geography, and approximate price range. Through Wade’s vast knowledge of the marketplace, his abundant resources, and superior work ethic he presented us, (two days later), with a potential list of seven homes that perfectly fit our criteria and on the second day of viewing we wrote an offer on the ideal home on Tijeras Creek Golf Course. The discovery of this perfect property absorbed very little time & effort on our part. Wade had minimized the “search burden” before we ever even got into his car. He also demonstrated his vast experience and keen eye in identifying several flaws and needed repair issues that we probably would have overlooked. These problems were addressed and repaired during escrow at seller’s expense. Being novices at investment/rental property, Wade was also very helpful in educating us in many aspects of our new investment venture. In summation we would highly recommend the services of Wade and his team to anybody seeking a realtor, whether buying, selling, or both. His knowledge, experience, and attention to detail made the whole process effortless, (on our part), and very rewarding at it’s conclusion. I don’t recall much about my workout that day, but I do remember meeting the quintessential real estate broker.

I have known Wade for over 26 years. I met him when looking for my first house here in Southern California.I had been working with several other agents at the time that did not show me what I was looking for, even though I had given them specifics on what I was in the market for. While looking at a listing my agent had, that was not at all what I wanted, Wade was the Agent showing the property. I explained to Wade the issues I had with the other agents I worked with. Wade asked to give him a chance. I did, and the 5th house he had me preview the following week was the one I bought.Since that point I have had 4 property purchases with him. Each of which I would still highly recommend Wade. He listens to your needs and addresses any concerns.I had to sell my home in 2015 and Wade was there to help me sell it, and walk me through the process.
